InternSynth is an AI-powered workplace simulation platform designed for educational and training purposes. The Service provides simulated work experiences through AI agents that role-play as team members, including project managers, architects, QA leads, and other roles.

InternSynth provides simulated workplace training. Completion of simulations, achievement of high "Seniority Scores," or any other metrics within the platform:

  • Does NOT guarantee job placement or employment
  • Does NOT represent actual work experience on your resume
  • Does NOT constitute a certification recognized by employers
  • Is NOT a substitute for real internship or job experience

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submit malicious code or attempt to exploit the sandbox environment
  • Harass, abuse, or harm AI agents or other users
  • Misrepresent InternSynth simulations as real work experience
  • Share account credentials with others

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InternSynth Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

InternSynth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
